the shipper, with no obligations and no risks. By eliminating
broker fees we can consistently show you savings of up to

handled by having the customer deal directly with the carrier.

What happens in the event a weight correction or class change
is applied to the shipment?
The shipper is responsible for providing accurate shipment
information (items, weight, class, etc.) at the time of entry.
This information will be used to generate the Bill of Lading.
Any shipment information that a carrier needs to correct based
on incorrect shipper data will result in the shipment being
re-rated by the carrier.

What happens in the event of loss and/or damage?
CarrierStore believes that shippers will minimize the risk
of claims as well as ensure on-time delivery by using our
Carrier Group. However, in the event a claim situation arises,
the individual carrier’s governing General Rules Tariff
will determine the standard liability cargo insurance coverage.
Claims will be handled directly by the carrier.
