Before using the xCHANGE, CarrierStore requires a simple user registration process that can be completed in just a few minutes (click here to register .  Upon registration, the customer will immediately receive a User I.D. and temporary Password via e-mail to provide log-in access to our secure xCHANGE portal .

Customers can immediately initiate a spot quote transaction on the CarrierStore xCHANGE by entering shipment job details. Within one hour, the shipper will receive all- inclusive rate quotes* from our Carrier Group that have matches on origin and destination points of service. The returned quotes will include any applicable accessorial fees that have been requested and will reflect the transit time submitted by the carrier.
