Shipper Dashboard
The Dashboard screen provides convenient access to Spot Quotes in Progress, Saved Shipments to Book, Booked Shipments, and Shipments in Transit. Details for each entry are just a click away, and data entry is simplified through the ability to “clone” a current or past shipment. Users can initiate 1) LTL-Quick Rate Entry (rate quotes only), 2) LTL-Shipment Entry (Published Rates and Spot Quotes), 3) TL-Published Rates, and 4) TL-Shipment Entry (Spot Quotes).
LTL Quick Rate Entry
Customers with published rates loaded on xCHANGE can immediately receive real-time quotes for their shipments by simply entering in Origin and Destination postal codes, quantity, weight, packaging type and class.
Add Shipment
On the Add Shipment screen, users can review carrier rates and service days. To book a quote, simply select the “Add Shipment” button and you will be navigated to the LTL-Shipment Entry Process.
